The most common Wannsee mistake happens before the day even starts: people get off at S Wannsee with a beach bag, when the Strandbad is a 10 minute walk from S Nikolassee, one stop earlier. This planner starts from that split. Tell it what you want from the lake, how much time you have and which day it is, and it draws your stops on the real lake geography, puts them in an order that works on the ground, and is honest about what does not fit. It knows the Liebermann-Villa closes on Tuesdays, that the Pfaueninsel castle interior stays shut on Mondays, and that the F10 to Alt-Kladow only leaves once an hour.

Why the station split matters
The beach is not at Wannsee station. Strandbad Wannsee is about a 10 minute walk from S Nikolassee, one stop closer to the city. S Wannsee is the hub for everything else: the ferry pier below the station, the bus 114 loop along the villa shore and the bus 218 towards Pfaueninsel. Both stations are on the S1 and S7 and inside the normal Berlin AB fare zone. A single AB ticket covers one journey in one direction for 120 minutes, including one F10 crossing; use another valid ticket for the return or choose a 24-hour ticket for several journeys.
How the timing works
Every stop carries an honest time cost that includes the usual bus and ferry waits: the Conference House needs about an hour and a half, Pfaueninsel close to three hours with the 218 and the island ferry, the F10 crossing about an hour and three quarters with time in Kladow. If your picks do not fit the time you set, the planner greys out what falls off the end and says why, instead of pretending the day is elastic.
One honest warning
Swimming goes last on purpose. If you put the beach in the middle of the day, you walk wet to a bus and drag sand through the rest of your plan. End at the Strandbad, swim at 17:00 when the day-trippers leave, walk up dry to S Nikolassee and ride home. That is the version of the day people remember well.
