Local guide note
Do not judge Neukölln at Hermannplatz. Use it as a hinge: go north to Maybachufer and the canal, east to Sonnenallee for late food, or south toward Körnerpark and Rixdorf for the quieter side of the district. I would choose one corner rather than trying to collect all six.
Make the time count
Körnerpark and Rixdorf work in 30 to 45 minutes; Reuterkiez is better as an early-evening canal stop; Klunkerkranich only earns the trip when the rooftop is open and the weather is good; Sonnenallee is for arriving hungry and staying late.
