It lists the six Berliner Unterwelten public tours side by side with the one thing the ticket confirmation does not shout at you, which is the street door. Set the youngest person coming with you and the month you are in Berlin, and the board marks the tours your group cannot join and tells you why.
Why the address is the trap
Two of the tours sit on Brunnenstraße but they are two kilometres apart. Number 105 is beside the info shop at S+U Gesundbrunnen. Number 141 is down at Bernauer Straße, four U8 stops south, and that is the escape tunnel tour. The Fichtebunker is not in Wedding at all, it is in Kreuzberg.
What the age limits actually mean
Nobody under 7 goes underground, and that is a legal limit rather than a house rule. From 7 to 13 it is a parent’s call and the association recommends 14 and up. The Humboldthain flak tower tour is 18 and over with no exceptions, so one younger person in the group closes it for everyone.
Tickets and season
Tickets are sold only through the operator’s online shop and appear about 30 days ahead, with no desk at the meeting point and no refunds or exchanges. The flak tower tour runs April to October only. Which language runs on which day changes with the season, so the shop calendar is the real timetable.
