Pumpkin Patches Near Berlin, Weekend by Weekend
Six pumpkin places in and around Berlin on a real map, from the one cut-your-own harvest in Dahlem to the big pumpkin shows and village festivals in Brandenburg. Step through the autumn weekends and see which one has something on, how long the train takes from Alexanderplatz and which ticket you need.

Berlin has pumpkins on every corner in October, but a field you can pick from yourself is rare. Inside the city there is one real harvest, at Domäne Dahlem on 3 and 4 October 2026; the rest are pumpkin shows where you choose from a display, farm markets and one-day village festivals. This map puts all six on the real map with their travel time from Alexanderplatz. Step through the weekends from late September to early November to see which place has a special event, which is simply open and which has nothing on, and switch off the kinds of day you do not want. What the colours mean
Orange is a special event that weekend, such as the Dahlem harvest, carving days at Klaistow or a festival. Green means the place is open as usual. Grey means the date is not confirmed yet, and a small pale dot means nothing is on. The dashed lines run from Alexanderplatz to each place, labelled with the fastest Saturday morning journey.
Cut your own or pick from a display
Only Domäne Dahlem lets you harvest pumpkins off a field, on one weekend. Späth, Klaistow and Karls are pumpkin shows: you choose from the display and pay by weight or in the shop. Kremmen is a farm market from Friday to Sunday with a festival on 17 and 18 October, and Fredersdorf has a village festival with a bonfire on 24 October.
Which ticket you need
Dahlem and Späth are in fare zone AB, Karls in Elstal and Fredersdorf in ABC. Klaistow and Kremmen lie outside the ABC zone, so take the Deutschlandticket or a ticket to that zone. Use the Inside ABC filter to hide the two that need more.
What it cannot tell you
Farms change plans with the weather and the harvest, and Späth and Kremmen do not give a fixed end date for their season. Check the official page linked in each card on the morning you go, and check the journey planner for engineering works that weekend.
